her flower shop will include flower arrangements and possibly, free delivery later on. she is a good flower arranger that is why she wants to venture on that skills.
My good freind will open her flower shop next month in Panabo, I want to help her find costumers , pls help me
Help her advertise, tell everyone you meet that there is a really great flower shop opening soon and the flowers are the best quality you have ever seen at a very good price.
Maybe she could have a special offer like buy some flowers and get a free card, or buy 9 flowers and get another free.
Write an article about your friend and how great her flower arranging skills are, "she arranges flowers like an artist paints a canvas". send the article to a local newspaper, they are always looking for little stories.
There are many ways you can help her, by asking this question you have helped her because everyone that reads this will know that there is a new flower store opening in Panabo!

Reply:Has she got a website? You could help her build one if she hasn't.
There is a free course for local business people over here:
http://www.internet-business-detective.c...
I know the woman at http://www.wedding-flowers-and-reception... has a website and is seeing brilliant results from her website helping her on the ground florist business.
Hope that helps and good luck with the shop.

Managers: What is wrong with me prohibiting flower and candy deliveries to my employees?
Did I do something wrong? This is a place of business and not a social gathering. My boss has backed me up 100%. We were inundated today with stupid V-Day flower and candy deliveries to employees and quite frankly my boss and I are sick of it. I wrote the prohibition memo and both my boss and I signed it and it has been posted. Employees are kind of upset but I don't care!!! This is a business. Do your social crap somewhere else. Not on my time.

You should keep in mind that a happy worker is a more productive worker. By preventing these things to occur (a couple of times a year) you are not only preventing some joy and excitement into a normally dreary work space but you are also making people there upset about the rules. You have taken an non-chearful work environment and made it twice as bad.
I suggest you reasses your poor attitude about social interactions (a workplace is a social environment after all) and recant this latest "prohibition mem". I bet that if you make the work place more enjoyable you will find not only will your employees be more productive but they will be willing to help the company succeed.
Don't forget... a company with no employees are just a bunch of desk, chairs and paper.... the employees are your most valuable asset. Aggravating your most valuable asset isn't a good thing.
Hope this helps!

Have you had a good experience with ordering flowers from Sam's Club?
The majority of things that I have hear have been positive, and I have been considering ordering their bulk roses for my wedding. Has anyone ordered their roses? I am a little concerned about the delivery being late. If you have ordered before, would you suggest having them arrive a couple days ahead of the date? Thanks :)
Have you had a good experience with ordering flowers from Sam's Club?
i've never ordered from them before. i have used shop rite for flowers before and been satisfied.
i would have them arrive a day or two prior to. roses will keep well if you refridgerate them
i think you will be okay
best of luck
Reply:I ordered mine from Sam's. I was very pleased with the flowers. I was concerned just as you are about the deliver. Just make sure you order them on the right day! The day they are ordered is directly correlated with the day they are delivered. I didn't realize that until a day late! I ordered mine the day after I was supposed to, therefore they arrived a day later than I wanted. My wedding was on Saturday and they arrived on Friday. Everything worked out, but I was nervous. It was my own fault for not following the directions to a tee! I ordered many different kinds of flowers. I was pleased with all of them, but some of them never opened up before the wedding. We had the buds in the bouquets and flower arrangements, but it was still pretty. It actually gave my flowers a unique look, which I loved. Just make sure you have someone that knows what they're doing to help with the flowers. We had to cut the ends and put them in water as soon as they arrived. We also had a big cooler to keep them in overnight in a cafeteria. If it weren't for all the help from other people, it would never have worked. But the quality of the flowers was exceptional and I would do it again. Good luck!
Reply:I ordered mine from RoseSource.com and was quite pleased. I was so nervous about it -- you take a risk ordering your wedding flowers online. They came in on Thursday morning for my Saturday night wedding. We kept them in water and in the fridge for as long as possible. Most of the flowers looked perfect -- some were beginning to wilt a little, but we had enough that we could just toss those.
My mom and I arranged the bouquets on Friday night and wrapped the stems about 2-3 hours before leaving on Saturday. We did the corsages and boutonnieres on Saturday morning. The roses we got were a little too big for the corsages, so we made a quick emergency run to the grocery and got some small spray roses and baby's breath which were perfect.
We spent $200 on all of our flowers. We used 200 roses and had plenty for everything. (4 bouquets which were about 14-16 roses each and my gigantic bouquet which was about 32 roses. Also had about 12 boutonniers and 8 or so corsages.) We got married just after Christmas, so everything was still decorated! Great way to save money on decorations.
Good luck! (And I've heard positive things about flowers from Sam's, as well)
Reply:Arriving a couple of day prior will cause the flowers to open and die.
Reply:I ordered from Costco...and they were great...I ordered 30 dozen to be picked up the day before the wedding...when I got there...she said "take your pick" they were bundled in bunches of 2 dozen so she let me pick out the 15 bunches I wanted....and I made sure to pick the ones without the dying edges...or the ones without broken stems...They were gorgeous...

ANSWER THIS ONE! Would it matter to you if your florist used environmentally friendly vehicles for deliveries?
I am doing this survey for a class for a class so I need to collect as many responses as possible. So....if you are ordering flowers for delivery, would it matter to you whether the florist's vehicles were environmentally friendly (Hybrid) or not? And why?
ANSWER THIS ONE! Would it matter to you if your florist used environmentally friendly vehicles for deliveries?
It really would not bother me but if they did drive a "Friendly" car it would show some respect for what they love and do..
Reply:Yes it mostly matters, but I do not think about that when I am ordering flowers..

What is the proper thing to do in this case?
If I just had a baby last week and I receive a delivery of flowers from a family member to congratulate me and my husband on our new baby. Do I call and thank her or do I NOT call to thank her. What is the proper thing to do??
What is the proper thing to do in this case?
send a thank you card. people want to be acknowledged
Reply:I would sent a thank you letter in the mail.
Reply:thnk them definatly other wise they might not send you any other things
Reply:I say call. I was told that is the proper way to do it when you get flowers. You only send cards if it is bunch of people sending stuff for the same thing. In this case, it is personal and I think the person would enjoy a call to hear your voice and the joy in it. They will want to ask questions I think too...about the bady and how you are feeling.
Reply:It would probably be best to call.
Reply:Feed the baby

Reply:yeah, I think that you should but tell her that She didn't have to do this but be very nice to the family member it's just good common sense
Reply:Send a thank you note. Keep a box of generic thank yous around so you don't have to run out everytime you need one.
Reply:Wow! Overthinking much?
Call or don't call, whatever you prefer, just make sure they get thanked. I'm leaning towards calling since they will want to know the gift arrived.
Reply:Definitely call and thank her at least! You should get a package of thank you cards because you are going to get all kinds of gifts. The proper thing to do is thank the person for the gift (and name it) saying that you love it (even if you don't). If its money or a gift card tell them what you are going to do with it. Congratulations!
Reply:Definitely acknowledge the gift. I would call, you could also write a thank you note.

Guys, will you appreaciate a balloon delivery?
i want to say sorry to my boyfriend and i want to deliver him a bunch of balloons says "i love you" . will he appreciate it? he is a shy guy, works in a big firm,.. and the balloons may arrive at the office, with all the office mates, and his juniors, and seniours... bosses...or would you prefer flowers?
Guys, will you appreaciate a balloon delivery?
Guys don't want flowers or balloons.
Cook him a big meal or give him a private massage.
Reply:Since he is a shy guy, I do not think he would appreciate the balloons.
Besides, everyone in the office would have a field day talking and teasing him about it....
Flowers....another no....might look sissy to most people.
Deliver them both to his house instead.
If he is not difficult to please, then something simple would be meaningful to him too. What does he like?
Is it a simple keychain as mentioned by Ginduras? lol....
Maybe a small cake with the word, ''Sorry'' on it.
Good luck :~)
Reply:i would certaily prefer flowers,to baloons, baloons a certain no no.
Or send the baloon to his house instead. outside the main doon .It dosent matter even if it is apartment.blue baloons are really good.red 1ce become light wen they expand.u personally deliver them with ur very own hands
Reply:"shy guy, works in a big firm"...
Flowers. Home.
Balloons - perhaps, but then also home.
Never. Ever. Balloons. At the office:)
Reply:That's really sweet of you. Well, I'm sure your boyfriend is a working adult so by giving him balloons isn't a very good idea. Trust me. :-|
If I were you, I wouldn't be sending him flowers too. Try sending him a box of chocolate, a neck tie, a bottle of perfume, after shave or his favourite CD. I'm sure he'll appreciate any of those more.
Reply:If I were your bf %26amp; shy, I would definitely feel uncomfortable when the ballons or flowers reached me while I'm working. Or if you insist on sending them, do it after office hours %26amp; send them to his house. Personally, I prefer something more private, like an SMS or a call.
Reply:ok
Reply:Oh man, he's going to jump out the office window the moment his office staff sees the ballons.
Reply:tats so sweeeeet...
if my gf do any of these to me, i'd be very happy
Reply:Not balloon please.
Replace with condom (blow as balloon) would be better %26amp; send in yourself.
Reply:you give a key chain is enough for me la....
Reply:hi,i wouldnt send ballons to his work,he would propally get embarased and also trying to get them in his car when he leaves work might be difficult, how about sending them to his house instead?
Reply:Perhaps you can send him a "Singing Telegram". Instead of sending a beautiful half naked girls as the norm, send hima Singing Telegram Granny.
That will definetely melt his heart and he will forgive you immediately.
But by all means, do not send him a bunch of flowers or baloon. It will surely backfire as you had mentioned that he is a shy guy and work in a big firm

Reply:i think... that the balloon delivery... is fantastic!
it's very unique....
if it's your other option, which is flowers, i think, that's too common..
maybe, by delivering those balloons, he would also feel your sincerity to him that you even exerted your effort in thinking of that unique idea just to say sorry to him...
why not, add more messages on the balloon, so that he would really appreciate so much...
good luck with the balloons!! :)

Would it be weird to get flowers the day b4 valentine's day?
ok
so i ordered flowers today
and the lady who works there said there's gonna be EXTRA $40 delivery fee if I wanted to get them delivered on Valentine's day.
Also we're gonna get loads of snow on Thursday
so..would that be WEIRD?!?!
please help me....
Would it be weird to get flowers the day b4 valentine's day?
It wouldn't be weird I don't think so!
Reply:The flowers could be a pre-valentine's day thing and then you could go out to dinner or stay in and cook or something like that for Valentine's Day. I think it wouldn't matter too much to her.
Reply:I don't think it would be weird! And she (or he) definitely won't be expecting them!!
If you just really have doubts, though.... could you try another florist?? That's pretty steep to charge that much more for holiday delivery!! YIKES! I would have to boycott them!
Reply:NO,,,,it will probably be a great unexpected surprise! Use the $40 to take her to dinner on the 14th!
Reply:Send them tues or wed , she can enjoy them longer

Why do people continue to get me flowers for my birthday when I keep telling them I hate getting flowers?
WHY DO PEOPLE GIVE FLOWERS WHEN THEY REPRESENT NOTHING BUT DECAY?
Flowers are a nice gesture but flowers are VERY EXPENSIVE when ordered from a florist %26amp; delivered… They don’t last long… I have more vases then I know what to do with%26amp; end up giving them to GoodWill to join their collection of cheap “free” vases that come with flowers…
I find it depressing how the flowers are meant as a good thing but then they, like everything else, begins to decay, %26amp; end up rotten %26amp; in the trash… Last year on my b-day I got THREE DELIVERIES OF FLOWERS! I had no where to put them all %26amp; had to give them away to neighbors!
This year I only got 1 (thank god) but it doesn’t even have anything I can dry to use in an arrangement. They are all just ‘throw-out’ flowers. VERY EXPENSIVE ‘throw-out’ flowers
I would MUCH rather have some kind of plant that I can care for %26amp; keep for more then a week!
Why do people continue to get me flowers for my birthday when I keep telling them I hate getting flowers?
I am definitely laughing right now! Not at you, but with you. Every year I get clothes from people, and every year nothing fits. I tell them please don't buy me clothes, nothing EVER fits. But what do you think happens-you got it-CLOTHES! The only difference between me and you is my cat doesn't eat my clothes.
Reply:People do that too me too...I hate it. What the hell can I do with flowers. How about a grocery certificate so I can gorge my depressing self in ice cream. People are just too lazy to be personal anymore.
Reply:You've gone really into this %26amp; perhaps they can't be bothered to be so deep!
Reply:I feel the same way. Flowers are expensive and they die quickly. I feel they're a waste of money. I'd rather have a plant or a gift certificate.
Reply:Are you telling them collectively, as a group, or individually? As a group, they may not be listening. Tell each one, and tell them the options. Cash or gift certificates. If they cooperate, send them a thank you note. If they send flowers anyway, give them away, and let them know you did. Tell them you'd rather have NOTHING than flowers, thank you very much.
Reply:Why? Because they want someone to send THEM flowers! They don't listen to you either. Make a "wish list/gift list" and email to everyone. Have things on it that are in many different price ranges. Tell everyone that you just found out your are allergic to flowers and can't have any in your house so you wanted to help everyone with gift ideas! Okay, I know that is a big fib, but you need to take drastic steps! Make sure you have lots of ideas on the list and put in there that, when in doubt, you LOVE gift cards to your fav stores. Hopefully, you will get some different gifts next year!
Reply:no theyre not listening, but you cant tell people what to give you unless they ASK, try to enjoy the flowers.
Reply:to bug you . just start saying you hate getting $$$ and there ya go your bank account will starrt to grow as your gifts get smaller

Help For Floral Delivery Company Please?
I would like some help on how to deliver flowers on bikes. We have a £100 budget to work with (we already have the bikes.). Could you please give suggestions on whether we should use panniers or bags to carry the flowers. Also, could you give us general suggestions on how we could expand and advice for people who have experience in the field.
Help For Floral Delivery Company Please?
firstly start of using a basket of reasonable sixe you can also buy trailers for the back that can have a open area or closed area once you start getting a steady income rent a van you can get really good deals and so on just build up gradually to what you can afford
Reply:Before choosing the method of carriage, consider your target market, their location and the types of flowers they will order. It maybe good to limit their choices. Then think about the most suitable container that can be easily carried, protects the flowers and keeps them fresh. You do not want them to wilt on a hot day. A possibility is a specially constructed tube, may be more expensive than your budget, however this could present opportunities for display, marketing, passing cost through to the client. In regards to expansion think about who you could talk to from your local business groups and consider franchising in the future.
Reply:Will you be able to buy a pannier.Have you tried making a big basket or get a large cardboard box reinforce it %26amp; attach to bike.Flowers are big buisness I prefer flowers in a basket has they need no mucking on with. You will have to try %26amp; find out what local florists are charging %26amp; under cut them. You are going into cut throat buisness %26amp; i wish you good luck %26amp; fortune.

Science-related job for graduating high school senior in Connecticut?
I am looking for a spring/summer job, but I don't want a standard high school gig (e.g. waitress, cashier, etc.) I am interested in pursuing science and/or medicine in the future. Can you think of anything I could do?
I already thought about volunteering in a hospital, but from what I have heard, it is just pillow-fluffing and flower delivery. I want something more intellectually stimulating, and preferably with a salary. Any ideas are appreciated!
Science-related job for graduating high school senior in Connecticut?
try to look around hospitals or on the internet they might have internships..maybe being an assistant for a doctor or nurse. Those jobs aren't paid but you see..if you don't go to college or medical school...its rather hard to find a job in the medical or science fields..high school will not cut it.......try internships..maybe they will let you join even though you just got out of high school...why not pursue those dreams after going to college.

Could a florist use scheduling software?
My friends and I are developing some scheduling software.
Basically, a customer could go online and schedule a flower order and delivery.
Would this work for a floriest? Why or why not?
Could a florist use scheduling software?
Probably not. I've been a floral designer for a little over 20 years and I don't think I could use this. Things change so quickly in the course of an hour even at a florist, you cannot keep things hard and fast and have to have a good level of flexibility. You might have a handful of orders in the AM and then have family come in to order family funeral work. The funeral work has to come first and the home deliveries then get taken care of afterwards. That is why it is sometimes very difficult to give customers a specific time frame for delivery because there are just too many variables. We can usually promise BY a certain time especially if it is afternoon and someone will only be at work until 3 or something along those lines. But we really cannot be held to a set schedule because of orders that continue to come in, the variability in how long certain things take to make (say comparing a quick vase, compared to a casket spray), when shipments of flowers come in, etc.....
So that is the long answer, short answer is probably not.
It's also a LOT more helpful for us if customers call us instead of ordering online. When they order online, they cannot find out directly from us what flowers we have in the store at that very minute. They might be looking at pictures that have a HUGE assortment of flowers in them and unless we have a couple of days notice (sometimes more) we simply don't have every flower in every shade in stock at all times. When we talk to a customer on the phone, we can go over what is in stock in our store, what is in season, out of season, what looks nicest, etc..... so for me personally, even though I'm a big internet user, I much prefer for customers to call us directly.
Reply:use it for when plants or flowers come in. and rotate stock. try it. online customers are great when ordering flowers from another city. can find you on line .anything that makes you more money than it cost is areal bonus.
Reply:not a new concept.

I need unique gift delivery ideas for my boyfriend?
Hello! I am looking for websites or companies that offer unique gifts
that can be delivered to the recipient. I want to send my boyfriend
something cool and I want it delivered to his work, but I don't want
to go with an old standard like flowers. I sent him Mrs Fields cookies
once, and he liked that, but he's trying to be more health-conscious
these days so cookies probably wouldn't fly a second time. Can you
give me some specific ideas as to creative and unique gifts that are
offered through a gift delivery service? I am not interested in most
of the "Just For Him" gift baskets that I've seen online - things like
cologne or beers of the world or anything like that, I think it would
just be too cheesy. (Plus he doesn't drink)… in short, something
more off-the-wall that would catch him by surprise, but pleasantly
surprised! He loves music - listening to it, recording it, playing it
(he plays guitar) so if there was a company or website that does
I need unique gift delivery ideas for my boyfriend?
www.pajamagram.com It's realy cool %26amp; unique!
Reply:Sorry cant really help but how about giving him something like clothing that goes with his style, and personality. Or how about a trip somewhere where there is music history or somewhere he's always dreamed of going.
Reply:Here are a few ideas that you'll both enjoy - him getting them, you creating them.
1) CafePress.com - open your own account and design things for him.
You can design graphics, or upload pictures and put them on teddy bears,(imagine a commemorative teddy bear for each special occasion?) t-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.
These are all the things you can customize:
http://www.cafepress.com/cp/customize/?v...
Incidentally, they include books and CDs, if you have the
copyright to the material.
2) Music and story-telling - go to Celestial Navigations
http://www.celestialnavigations.com
Pick up any of the CDs and send it to him. Then arrange to
spend an evening with him, with the lights turned low, or
in candlelight, listening to Geoffrey Lewis weave his tales.
A wonderful way to spark his imagination and to create a
romantic evening.
I saw them in Las Vegas at the Golden Nugget years ago,
and the experience still haunts me - in a happy way.
3) Of course, there's always Amazon.com - you can get his
favorite books, music, software, videos, even toys and lots
of other things from there. Remember, they DO deliver - and
on orders of $25 or more, 2-day delivery is free.
4) Have you ever visited AllPosters.com?
Wow! You can find pictures for any passion - framed or unframed. They have some really great values when they have sales - and something interesting is always on sale. (I once got my boyfriend this poster of a wealthy man, standing next to his Rolls Royce in front of the unemployment office…20+ years later, it's still in his home.)
You may be able to get away with less than $25 including shipping.
5) You said he likes books on tape. Well, BooksOnTape delivers
http://booksontape.com
You may either buy or rent the books. Renting isn't so bad,
since you may keep the books for about a month. Then ship them back in their own container at no additional cost. Only, make sure he knows they're rented… Also, they have really good deals when they have sales.
6)You didn't mention if he likes animals? But if he does, here's a way to enjoy them without having to clean up after them - The Animal Den - http://www.animalden.com
They have all kinds of gift items with gorgeous animal pictures on them. You can order things for many breeds of many animals.
7) Campy things, and things you don't expect - drop by Classic Closeouts
http://classiccloseouts.com
They have collectibles, like Star Trek pins, or designer clothing, or household things - you never know what. Just for the fun of it.
8) Give him a Club Pogo membership
http://www.pogo.com
You can play online together, without being interrupted by ads, and you can chat while you're playing. You might (long shot) even win some money prizes. And their software doesn't mess up your computer.
9) Get him an Entertainment book for his town, or yours.
Not only will you get discounts (even movie theaters), but it can be an awful lot of fun using the book to explore your own area. Aside from restaurants, there are discounts to live theaters, concerts, amusement venues, bowling alleys, all kinds of places you didn't even know existed around you.
Oh yes, you can also get 50% off hotels and other travel discounts.
10) If you want an assortment of interesting, often unusual, and expensive items, visit the Hammacher Schlemmer catalogue.
It's such fun! And you'll usually find something within your price range.
11) Does he like puzzles? You're going to love Bits and Pieces!
They have THE most beautiful and fun jigsaw puzzles, and 3-d puzzles and other interesting curiosities. Most of them are well within your budget. In fact, you can often get several things for that price.
Oh yes, and they have a mystery puzzle, where you can win $1,000 for solving the mystery. Always a fun challenge.
12) For those times when you're feeling silly, there's Prank Place
www.PrankPlace.com
Granted, there's a lot of stuff in bad taste. Ignore those things.
They also have a lot of cute and fun things. For instance, I found a whole raft of things relating to money gags for my readers.
They have magic tricks, fake parking tickets, remote controlled mice, etc.
13) And speaking of magic…what boy doesn't love magic tricks?

My Ex Boyfriend just gave me flowers?
I left him in Feb.(he was unfaithful) I've ignored his calls and made no attempt to reconcile. (I don't want him back) He just walked in today and gave me flowers saying "Special Delivery - don't get upset ok. They are for you" I said "This is not good. I can't do this" (I'm at work)
Then he left straight away with a big smile on his face.
Back on valentines day, before we split, he couldn't give me anything, so I told him to buy me flowers for my birthday. My birthday was last month, so is he trying to reconcile, stay friends, or just finalise a past promise wanting to be forgiven?
I'm wondering if I should call him and ask him why he gave me flowers, or if I should just do nothing? I don't want the flowers, and ideally would like him to take them back. I don't want to invite conversation either. I don't want him in my life at all.
Ideas please?
My Ex Boyfriend just gave me flowers?
if you dont want him in your life, then ignore him. you said it yourself. it sounds like you have a very clear head about this. if you talk to him you may make him think your still interested. so leave him be. if he doesnt get the hint, he is an idiot. the most you should say to him is you dont want anything from him ever again and would prefer it if he stayed out of your life.
if it makes you feel any better, ex's in general seem weird. my ex has told me countless times while in relationships with women who are not me that i am hot, tells me he misses certain parts of our relationship, still pays for my food if we go out for coffee, etc. its annoying a little but im one of those people who CAN NOT have people hate me so it would hurt me so much more to kick him out of my life than to keep him in it.
Reply:Tell him to leave you alone that you don't want anything to do with him sometimes. You have to be mean sometimes to get the message across to someone. You know?
Reply:"(he was unfaithful)"
End of story. You deserve better.
Give the flowers away, pitch them, put them down the disposal, whatever! You don't owe him anything. I wouldn't even call.
Reply:do nothing. thats what men do they realise you dont need them anymore and that you are happy and it makes them want you back. remember what he did to you and how much he hurt you.
Reply:Even though he probably knows you're not interested in him anymore, he's most liekly trying to get you to like him again. Don't be mean and throw the flowers away-- next time when you see him, tell him that you're thankful for the flowers but your relationship wouldn't work out anymore and you're sorry but could you guys just be friends? not anything mean, because how would you like it if you still liked somebody and then when you tried to do good for them, they had a bad reaction? Call him and tell him this. it usually works because the guy will think that you're thankful for the flowers but you don't like it if he interferes too much into your life anymore and then after that, he'll most likely leave you alone =]
Reply:throw them away and be glad you are rid of him....
however, I detect an undercurrent of unrequited love so that may be difficult for you.....
Reply:tell him is over that he was unfaithful to you that you not want to see him ever again and through away the flowers!!!!!
Reply:Girl please don't fall into the same mistakes that we do, which is to take them back. They'll never learn, or feel or pain when we find out things. Do what your heart tells you but also remember how you felt when you found out he was cheating and ask yourself if you're ready to put up with **** again.
Reply:Wow that's hard, because it sounds to me like he has realized he lost the best thing in his life YOU... I would call him and tell him were you stand and if you feel comfortable being friends with him then go girl. It's better for you to be the bigger person and forgive him. I'm not saying to get back with him, but trust it will make you feel stronger inside and out... Good luck!!! I hope this helps a little...=)
P.S If you call him don't give him control over the conversation. You tell him how it is...
Reply:If he is a habitual cheater don't give another chance because he will just cheat on you again. Us guys have sexual urges towards other women but you can't act on them if your with someone.
But if you don't want in your life at all don't give him mixed message tell him no I don't want to be with you or see you.
Reply:he probablly either wants to get back with you (just ignore him), or still wants to be friends, or at least doesn't want you to hate him... I think you should politely say thank you next time you see him, but tell him it's over. Hope this helps. =)
Reply:don't call him and you can give the flowers to a co worker
or drop them off at your local hospital or nursing home.
Reply:throw the flowers away and don't talk to him any more.
Reply:If you don't want the flowers give them to a local hospital or nursing home and do not contact him. If he intended to upset you or just to get in your good books do not give him the pleasure of getting any thing. If he was doing the dirty on you, you are better off without him and certainly no need to sooth his feelings.

Reply:I did have some flowers delivered to a hospital patient only a year ago... I don't know whether it was Interflora that did it or not, but I simply went to my local florist's and she arranged it for me. Hope this helps, good luck!

Reply:A lot of hospital wards don't allow fresh flowers any more, because of germs or something, so you might find there isn't a company that will deliver there.
Reply:Marks and Spencer are by far the best for this. you can order online and they can deliver usually next day. Hope this helps! I know for a fact they deliver to Hospitals.
Reply:You will find that hospitals will not allow flowers (fresh) because of other patients on the ward. You can take flowers but they will put them in a room with other flowers what have been sent.
Reply:Hi - unfortunately most hospitals have now adopted a 'no flowers' policy, at least not on the wards. Uoud be best off checking with the hospital first, dont want to waste your money!
If its for someone that works in the admin team, or you get the OK, then the local Interflora will be able to help xx
Reply:You are better going into your local florist and ask them...i did and they were happy to deliver them for me, you will find them better value too than interflora or other large companies.

How can I send flowers to someone in a different city?
Short of going to the city and using a credit card.
Also looking for a ballpark guesstimate on price of a delivery.
Thanks

Would it be better to order flowers to be delivered to mom tomorrow or deliver them myelf?
Its her birthday tomorrow, and I want her to get a big bouquet. Its about $50 or more dollars for a decent little birthday one. Is it cheaper to get it myself? Also, I wont be able to get to moms work until after 2:00. Do you think its more fun to get flowers delivered by a delivery guy or her daughter?
Would it be better to order flowers to be delivered to mom tomorrow or deliver them myelf?
I have always wanted flowers delivered to me but she might want to see you.
If she sees you all the time have them delivered that would be more fun.
She would not know who they are from at first and it will make her wonder and I think that would be more exciting
Reply:The delivery guy.
Reply:Delivered, it suprises her and you can then send her a cute card with it.

She would prefer that you deliver the flowers yourself regardless of cost. It would mean more.
Reply:I would want my daughter to come and bring me my flowers :-)
Reply:I'm quite sure that she'd love to see you.
Reply:Of course by her daughter. It's a lot more personal, and I doubt she will mind if if come in the afternoon.
Reply:What you could do is buy and have delivered a smaller bunch of flowers...then...buy a single white rose and give it to her in the afternoon and tell her the single rose is because she is a singularly great mom and the single rose is because alone, like the rose, she stands out from all the rest. trust me, she will love the thought of the delivery to her workplace and love you for the sentiment of the rose.

Starting a delivery service?
I have been thinking about starting a delivery service for food and flowers and runs to the grocery store. I live in a small community. What are some of the pre-opening things I might need? a bond? what kind of insurance?
Starting a delivery service?
check out your state and city laws. The laws might be different from one city to the next, so you may not be able to be stationed in one city and deliver to the next.
About your company-are you making flower arrangements from fresh cut flowers? You will definately need vehicle insurance for you and any employees you may have, all under your business name.
Reply:A long time ago I wanting to deliver pizza so I talked to my auto insurance company and because I would be delivering pizza my insurance rate would go sky high. (I gave up the idea of delivering pizza) :-)

Do you tip someone who delivers you flowers?
I was reading an article on tipping and it said to tip a floral delivery person a few dollars. I've never done that. I might not have any cash on hand. Since it's an unexpected delivery and I wasn't the one who ordered them, why would I be expected to tip?
Do you tip someone who delivers you flowers?
I've never heard of tipping a flower delivery person, and I've worked in florist shops before, too.
I also work for a pizza chain, and you DO tip them.
But flowers? Generally NO.
Usually when flowers are delivered, they are delivered as a GIFT to the recipient from someone else. RARELY are flowers DELIVERED to the person who ORDERED them. As such, any "tip" is the onus of the PURCHASER, not the RECIPIENT. How would YOU like to get a gift and then have the person who GAVE you the gift expect a TIP for giving it to you? Same reasoning.
With Pizza delivery people, the people who are receiving the pizzas are generally the ones who ORDERED them, and thus, the tip is on the ORERERS.
Let's switch things around a bit.... A dear friend of yours calls the local Pizza place and says, "My friend, Mary is really SICK today, and I'd like to have a PIZZA delivered to her so she doesn't have to COOK tonight." So, she orders the pizza, gives the delivery instructions, and gives her credit card info to pay for it. Now... do you REALLY think that YOU (being "Mary") should tip the pizza delivery person when YOU didn't ORDER the pizza? It should be your dear friend who, on the phone giving the delivery/payment information that says, "Oh, and please add a $2 tip for the driver when you charge my card!"... RIGHT???
So... generally speaking, flower delivery people are not tipped for this reason.
Have a polite day.
Reply:Yes. You HAVE to tip the florist delivery man. I'm a teen and worked in a florist for 2 years and got paid $5 per hour. We walk to deliver (30 minutes at times) and I really get upset when people don't even tip. You should tip at least a dollar at least. Report It

Reply:depending on the deliverer of the flowers, i usually tip pizza deliver boys who are friendly, always say enjoy your dinner and apologizes even though he;s on time...
and depend on how clean they look, nails and hair, must be free of grase and dirt!
Reply:No, there was a delivey fee added to the bill of the person who sent them.
Reply:If you feel funny give them a buck, if not no worries, unless you get flowers everyday.
Reply:Most places include the tip with the price. So Unless you live in the middle of no where, don't tip.
Reply:You don't need to tip to a flower delivery person, because his/her wage is included in the delivery fee, which is already paid by the person who ordered it. Food delivery guys are different, because their wages depend on the tips, just like waiters/waitresses.
With that said, if you received a flower during a snow storm and the delivery person looked like half-frozen, any tip would be greatly appreciated. :-)
Reply:Naah. ya probly paid them enuf.
Reply:cause it is the right thing to do. only tip 1 dollar or something. it doesn't have to be a lot.
Reply:No. I wouldnt. Chances are they probably charge a ton for the flowers anyway.

What are some fun and different delivery ideas for Valentine's Day??
A co-worker recommended a chocolate covered giant fortune cookie, and I don't know if that's what I'm looking for but maybe something else along those lines thats different from just plain flowers or teddy bears getting delivered. Something fun!
What are some fun and different delivery ideas for Valentine's Day??
Have a teddy bear or chocolates delivered, but wear a red cap and a track suit and deliver it yourself to his place of work. Pretend you don't know him and just be a delivery girl. Go through the routine and say "Hi. Can you sign here please?... Here's your copy". If you're daring, wear an extraordinarily short skirt and a low cut top. Make your own invoice - " 1 x Teddy bear, 1 x Long Passionate Kiss (Delivery this evening)"
Finally, put at the bottom of the invoice "Our drivers cannot accept tips, but french kisses are always appreciated"
Reply:go to his door in a crotchless g string, apron, heals and and over coat. Knock on his door and when he opens it take off the trench coat and tell him your his waitress for the evening and your here to serve him. He'll never forget it.
Reply:There are several places that would be more than willing to deliver. I've found some unique idea's, that I love. The fortune cookie idea went over with ton's of raves. But he enjoyed the pantygram, and naughty pic's I sent even alot better.

You pay for the lunch - perhaps on a Saturday afternoon.
Make him a card - ok, you may cheat by going to the card section of the store and get great ideas. Guys don't admit it but they never get "handmade" cards - just for them.
Now if you have any money left over (because you might get a new dress for this occasion), get him a small present - yes very small - like candy - you know those little hearts with those "sayings" on them like 'kiss me', etc.
Ask him to dress up - and take him to a nice restaurant but make sure it's a place where the two of you will be comfortable.
Now - for you - Show up wearing that spectacular dress that you look - so great, fine and awesome in.
Wear those stockings, nice jewlery, nice earrrings, and great perfume (if you can get pheromone - which has a different scent on everyone).
Do your nails and makeup - again you will look so fine!
Don't tell him where you're going - unless he's the kind that has to know.
Send him an electronic email card -

- and write your invitation to the lunch with his special girl
as you personalize this electronic greeting card.

What amount is good to spend on flowers?
I got quoted 120 for my bouquet (Blue Hydrangea, white gerber daisies and white roses), 60 for maid of honor, 40 each for three bride's maids and we are getting 9 corsages, and 7 boutonnieres ....for a grand total of 424. That includes delivery. Is this a good deal?
What amount is good to spend on flowers?
Comparing it to how much my flowers are going to cost....yes it is. But make sure that these are really what you want and go for quality! You don't want any flowers that are going to start dropping half way down the aisle (ekkk!). Also another question to ask your florist is "when will the flowers be made/arranged?" The closer to your wedding date the better, because then you know your flowers will be fresh and will last longer.
But flower prices really depend where you live and in what season you are getting married. Just to be safe, I would ask for a couple more quotes. Then you can compare the quality v. price. Good luck!
Reply:If you buy the flowers and make them yourself, you will only have to pay 150-200 tops. Online Wholesale Flowers is awesome! Mine was 150, and I use lilies, white roses, and hydrangeas.
Plus, Micheals.com has an internet videa that shows you how to make the boquet. Super easy!
Reply:Depends on how much you would like to spend. If you are okay with the cost, then it is fairly reasonable. If you are on a tight budget, there are ways to get great flowers for a lot less. Costco does corsages for $5-$6 each. Safeway does boutonniere's for %26amp;10 each. If you dont want to spend that much on the girls boquets how about getting them to carry a single flower of your choice. Calalilly, rose, etc. you can get at around $5 each and tie a matching wedding color ribbon around it. The price of your boquet is fair but again if you want to go cheaper you can go to a craft store like Michaels (if your okay with not having real flowers) and have them custom make one for you for less. Its really up to you.
Reply:It depends on your budget on flowers. Have you considered using silk flowers instead? It lasts longer. Not unless you're wanted to preserve them. Best wishes on your day!
Reply:The amount does not matter as long you are happy with it. Specially if it will be used in a very memorable occasion.
Best wishes.
Reply:thats a good deal, in 1968 our flowers were about $600

Science-related job for graduating high school senior in Connecticut?
I am looking for a spring/summer job, but I don't want a standard high school gig (e.g. waitress, cashier, etc.) I am interested in pursuing science and/or medicine in the future. Can you think of anything I could do?
I already thought about volunteering in a hospital, but from what I have heard, it is just pillow-fluffing and flower delivery. I want something more intellectually stimulating, and preferably with a salary. Any ideas are appreciated!

Any florist/flowers shops in denver that open sundays?
I need to buy roses on a sunday in Denver but can't seem to find where at. Do you know a way I can find out? I tried all morning searching for any but they're all closed sundays. I don't need delivery, just purchase them.

Web sites offering Same day delivery of a birthday gift of ANY TYPE?
Or suggestions of getting a gift to someone in another state besides 1-800-flowers. Actually not flowers. and has to be under $50 bucks total!
Web sites offering Same day delivery of a birthday gift of ANY TYPE?
Amazon will send an email notifying the recipient that they have been given a gift certificate.
Reply:Amazon is great! walmart/asda all so do do same day delivery, you should check it out, its great!
Reply:I would try to contact a store in their area and see if they deliver.
You could also call a florist or FTD and see if they would be willing to pick something up to have delivered. They are going to up-charge you like crazy if they do it, but it might be worth it.
You can also send cookie bouquets or a gift basket.
Hope this helped...Good Luck!
Just thought of something else...what about internet gift certificates. I think you can get them from just about any online store, and I seem to remember paypal even has something like that. That way you could use the whole $50 towards a certificate instead of paying all the delivery charges you're going to have to pay by sending a gift. Just a thought.

What should a flower deliveryman make?
what do you htink a flower delivery person should make an hour? and what is the going rate for mileage?
What should a flower deliveryman make?
$10.00 to $ 15.00 AN HOUR. Mileage would be $7.00 per mile
Reply:Years ago I delivered flowers. We had a map with circles at different distances around the shop. We got paid by which circle the delivery address fell into. We did not get paid mileage but could claim it on our income tax. My daughter has to use her car in her job sometimes and gets about 45 cents a mile. In over 3 years of doing the job I got offered one tip. I did not make much money but at the time I did it mainly because it kept me busy and I enjoyed it.

Help with sending flowers?
What is the cheapest price you have ever gotten on flowers by delivery?
I want to send someone flowers, but not a whole mess of them...just a single or few. I am having trouble finding this. Also, I am one of those that already complains about spending money on something that's going to die anyway...I found ONE place locally that has a 3 rose set, but with tax and delivery it's still $40. Is this the best I am going to find?
Help with sending flowers?
I've used 1-800 flowers.
It was pretty cheap and the flowers were really nice. I think I spent $30.

I wanna surprise my bf by sendin flowers on his bday at his work place BUT.....?
Da problem is my budget is only below RM 100 wic includes delivery + flowers. Worst case is Im in Shah Alam and he is in Nilai. No florist wanna do it for less than RM 180.Any other possible ways?or at least Florist in Nilai/ Seremban area..I cant find any on the web..Really need sum piece of advice here..
I wanna surprise my bf by sendin flowers on his bday at his work place BUT.....?
tht's a gud idea.
i have no clue weather shah alam and nilai is. the best thing you could do is.... ask him to come online, and start ur webcam, and give him the surprise.
it sounds nerdy but surprise could b anything.... nt necessarily flowers... it could b like sply prepared dance sequence... tht you do for him while showin him the flowers u bought for him.
Reply:As a guy I'd rather not get flowers, especially at work.
Reply:surprise him with something else that is way much better %26amp; with low budget but very rich emotions, invite him to your house when it's empty, wear a very sexy teddy and polish your toes and wear a sexy highheels, if you can't afford the teddy, wear only the high heels (he will understand :))
Believe me it's not only sexy but very much romantic %26amp; you will never forget this moment ever
Reply:call FTD.
Reply:Asking Florist in Shah Alam to send all the way to Nilai is bit too far. That's why the florist charge you a hefty sum.
Have you tried calling the florist in Nilai instead? In that way you could also work out your payment arrangement with them. The yellow pages or the phone book should be a good source for you to find out the phone number of florist in Nilai.
I was orginally going to recommend some web sites to you. But most website charge a hefty delivery charges (Rm45++).
If I'm your bf, I'd be more pleasantly surprised if you'd shown up un-announce in a sexy outfit than a bouquet of flower.
Reply:Sorry, your idea sounds absolutely lovely, but you are better of sending a letter with a money note in it.
Reply:dont send a bloke flowers for a start it looks gay and would possibly embaress him but maybe he is in contact with his feminine side and would like that but most men i know would be embaressed
Reply:Dont waste your money on flowers and delivery since it is so expensive. Phone him instead and wish him personally over the phone, that should be much better. You can phone on line too its much cheaper, use hotmail, msn phone. Or install Skype.com.

ANSWER THIS ONE! Would it matter to you if your florist used environmentally friendly vehicles for deliveries?
I am doing this survey for a class and I need to collect as many responses as possible. So....if you are ordering flowers for delivery, would it influence your decision on who to order from if a florist's vehicles were environmentally friendly (Hybrid) vs. others who were not? Why or why not? Thanks for your help!
ANSWER THIS ONE! Would it matter to you if your florist used environmentally friendly vehicles for deliveries?
No, having a hybrid car would not influence my flower buying. Price and service are what I look for. How are they planning to get those bouquets in the car? Kinda small for most arrangements?
Reply:It's the hip thing to do, but it's not practical. And who would notice or even care? Any ways enviromentalist don't want flowers killed. :-) Save the Flowers!!!! haha Peace Out!
Reply:i do not mind, it kind of blend in as enviromently friendly vehicle indirectly means more flowers...at least u got ur flowers delivered
Reply:Yes, i would even be willing to pay a little more for enviromentally friendly cars.
Reply:It wouldn't influence my decision (only prices would), but it would be pretty darn cool if the vehicle was enviornmental-friendly. If you don't share, you care!
Reply:I wouldn't even think to check if they did, so no.
Reply:Not at all. What are you buying? Flowers. Now if I were looking for a service to make deliveries for me that might be a different matter. In that you are buying a service. Transportation - deliveries.
Reply:No. It's all about quality of flowers, customer service and most importantly the price.
Reply:if it's the same price, i might
but you need to make sure people know about it first for them to decide
it's kinda like HongkongBank, they have this program to save dolphins...
it has no connection to banking whatsoever, but it might make existing customers happier banking with them or interest others
but it all boils down to service
Reply:No, not really. The flower quality would be the primary factor.
It would not even reguster in my mind. Even if the advertised it.
If it would save on the delivery charges then yes.
Reply:Well, considering I don't care if *I* drive an environmentally friendly vehicle (as long as it meets gov't standards), no, it wouldn't matter to me.

What the best way and right equipment to make flower arrangement delivery in station wagon?
I need to make a flowers arrangements delivery in a station wagon car from the store to customers’ home, 4 - 5 at the time.
Some times containers have a square or round shape, glass or porcelain.
What the best way and right equipment to make flower arrangement delivery in station wagon?
you could use one of those mesh nets and stretch them across the back of station wagon. cut a hole only big enough for the containers. only make it up of the floor so it has stability.
Reply:Try those square plastic milk crates.

Sending online flowers..serious question!?
ok im sending some roses to a very special girl. but i want it to be a surprise, like a mystery for her till i tell her it was from me. this is my first time sending flowers,
and i was just wondering if once they are delivered, will they attach my address and visa name account all on the delivery flowers for her to see?
Sending online flowers..serious question!?
If you order online, they will include a packing slip most likely. That would have your info on it. But, if you call her local florist, you can do it anonymously.
Reply:yes,definitely....u try email her...and tell her that she is gonna get somthing....today...or tell her on YMes....or call...her...she would be surprised to see them
Reply:As a florist, I can tell you that many of us are very wary of sending anonymous gift. Most of states now have what is called "anti-stalking law" including our state, NY.
Sending a flower to someone, whether it's anonymous or not, can be threatening to a certain recipient, depending on the circumstances. Most responsible florists would refuse to lend a helping hand to someone whose gift is not appreciated by the recipient. Most of us have this kind of experience from time to time.
Now, if the person who orders flowers asks to remain anonymous, it raises... well... a yellow flag. It depends on each florist to deal with the situation. The difficulty is that it all depends on the actual relationship between the sender and recipient, which the florist has no information of. So we tend to play safe.
If a florist knows you personally, then it should be OK. But if you place an order with one of the online "florists" (who by the way are just sales agents, not florists), then the actual florist who delivers your flowers don't know you. They might refuse to deliver, in which case your order won't go anywhere.
Reply:no you can ask the flower company for it to be anonymous and she would have no clue and its would be a fantastic surprise!
Reply:Ok are you slow? go to a flower shop in person, pay in cash... wow, never ever commit a crime......
Reply:no they wont... call and check too
and i was just wondering if once they are delivered, will they attach my address and visa name account all on the delivery flowers for her to see?
Sending online flowers..serious question!?
If you order online, they will include a packing slip most likely. That would have your info on it. But, if you call her local florist, you can do it anonymously.
Reply:yes,definitely....u try email her...and tell her that she is gonna get somthing....today...or tell her on YMes....or call...her...she would be surprised to see them

Is 20% discount from FTD (Forgot To Deliver) enough for missing my flower delivery to my mom for Mother's day?
My mom lost her daughter almost a year ago, leaving behind a 1year old. She just gave her granddaughter to the father (divorce) three weeks before Mother's day.
This mother's day she was going to be alone, so I splurged and spent $80 on flowers from FTD (Forgot To Deliver). Normally I use 1800FLOWERS, but I just used whatever ad I came upon first, which unfortunately was FTD.
So I called them, wondering how they missed Mother's day completely, and they offer me 20% off, saying they got the order but somehow missed it, and delivered on Thursday.
Is 20% off enough, I figure 1/2 off at least. Do they make enough mistakes to only offer 20% to stay profitable? Or is this just a greedy company with no heart?
Is 20% discount from FTD (Forgot To Deliver) enough for missing my flower delivery to my mom for Mother's day?
They should send them for free. Call them again and threaten to never use them unless they make you satisfied. Enough arguing and you could get them for free, and maybe have them throw in your next order for half off or something.
Reply:No. A reputable firm would send the flowers absolutely free. At 20 % they are still making a profit for failure. What kind of crap is that?
Reply:No way that 20% is reasonable. All florists know Mother's Day is the biggest day of the year for flowers (and cards). A screw-up, esp since they acknowledged they somehow missed it, deserves a minimum of half off the order, and since it was Mother's Day, it should be free. Esp if you explained the situation to them.
Call again, and if you don't get satisfaction, ask if you can speak to a supervisor.

B'day cake and flower delivery in Rome? 30 gift ideas for husband's 30th b'day pls.?
phone the hotel you are stayin in and have them arrange the flowers and cake. cant help you on the 30 gifts as i dont know what your husband is into sorry
Reply:30 gifts could be scary even for someone who cares about his birthday
I think, however, it would be pleasant to receive 29 semi-precious stones, each with a special reason/meaning and one nice big gift..... Report It
Reply:Interflora deliver world wide so you can pre-order the flowers before going to Rome. I am sure if you speak to the Hotel Manager or similar they can certainly arrange for a birthday cake for you either from their own supplier or from a local bakery.
As for other gift ideas then maybe some items from the year of his birth like a football programme, coins, newspaper, special events items/memorabilia. Type his birth year into Ebay and see what comes up. No need to buy from there but it may give you some more ideas.
Hope you both have a wonderful time :-)

Reply:Hello Niti,
What a lovely idea!
You can make one of the presents a treasure hunt. Hide all the presents with a clue as to where to find the next present! You can prepare this before you go as most hotels now show layouts for the room, so you can plan where to hide stuff and make appropriate clues.
Gift ideas (I've thought of "light" things that will not weigh much in your case)
* Write a small children's book with drawing /paintings /photoes about something that means a lot to both of you.
* Something "intimate" but fun (I'm talking sex toys or clothes!)
* get a photo engraved on a dog tag http://www.photoengraving-f2f.com/
* A voucher that says you will do a chore that he hates for 1 week (eg I promise the bearer that I will do all washing-up for 1 week)
* Tickets to an event he would enjoy
* Massage oil (!!) You can make your own with a few drops of essential oil from any health shop or Boots and italian olive oil - put it all into a nice bottle.
* Men love gadgets! Here are some ideas
http://iwantoneofthose.com/ (I want the bath thing in the "under £15" !)
Romantic restaurants? I don't know where you are staying, but one of these should be close
http://travel.yahoo.com/p-travelguide-27...
I hope this has helped. Have a great time!!
Reply:Definitely contact Wishcraft - they will sort all of that out for you, the restaurant too - it will save you so much hassle! Sounds very nice by the way!

you should trust your own instincts, considereing that you are married you should have a fair idea of what she likes and dislikes.
Then think how chuffed you will be when she loves her flowers and deep down you picked them yourself.
go for it!
Reply:awwww thats so sweet! why are all the good blokes taken :(
Reply:Your links don't work
Reply:Flowers in water rather than a bouquet - in water they won't die at work during the day and she'll love the surprise and should be able to carry them home. Good for you.
Reply:A pretty bouquet in a vase sounds very sweet. She will be able to keep the vase too. :-)
Reply:Sorry, I coundn't see them but, I prefer a bouquete of various colored roses. (Pink, Red, White and Yellow.) But, I would rather would like to see a bunch of flowers tied up on a bed full of red rose petals when you come back from work. Then you all wrap it up with a bubble bath with floating flowers!
Reply:For some reason I always thought big stem roses in a box with a ribbon were soooo nice. No one ever sent me those so I'm still waiting. You wouldn't want to send a box of roses to a stranger since your'e making an order anyways? LOL
What are your wifes favourite flowers? Colour?
Happy anniversary
Reply:links don't work..NEXT has a problem!
Reply:I can't open this links , but I think that your idea is awesome and she'll be very happy , you're very cute as I see!
Just present her something what she likes :)
I don't like something very grandiose, but it doesn't really matter 'cause it's not for me , hehe :)
Keep on fun kin! :)
Reply:umm the links aren't opening, so i just clicked on the flower section.
I think the one called grandeur is really nice! go for that one! but the white flowers are really nice i think they are called eden something (but I just love white flowers, it depends what your wife likes)
AND JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE UNROMANTIC AND UNTHOUGHTFUL BUBBLES, DOES NOT MEAN HE IS LYING ABOUT SENDING FLOWERS TO HIS WIFE. I SUGGEST YOU FOLLOW BY EXAMPLE.
Reply:Awww.... that is really sweet! =)
but yeah...wish your links were working.
Reply:pick up a bunch from the garage, dont be a 'show-off'
lol
Reply:pick some flowers bu your hand from any garden
carry them within a mandel.
give a beautiful smile
that is the best
Reply:I'm not a bird but I will tell you. You are not sending your wife flowers. You are making the OTHER girls in the office think "I wish I had a boyfriend / husband like him. You are so Lucky" That's what makes the ladies feel special. The more envious the other ladies are. Go for it matey. Have a great evening.

Reply:u r really romantic um CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Happy Anniversary
Reply:Bouquests are very nice but sometimes overkill. A woman sometimes would prefer that one perfect bloom in an unusual color or an arrangement of lillies and nasturtiums and such. I would prefer to come home to a clean house with a dinner hot and waiting on me. Maybe champagne and strawberries for dessert. And a trail of rose petals leading down the hall to the bedroom ending in a pile of rose petals strewn across the sheets. Or perhaps run me a bath with my favorite scented bubbles, as hot as I can stand it with a glass of merlot chilling on one side and soft music playing in the background and to have my husband bathe me with a loufah sponge or washing my hair with sweet smelling shampoo.
Reply:I always think unwrapped flowers in a box are the most sexy...
Reply:that's so sweet :]
a vase for work, she'll love that and can keep it on her desk. i wish my man does that one day, lol
Reply:Buy her a tree and go plant it somewhere special
Reply:flowers are alright, but earings or necklace with diamond in it
much more classy!!
Reply:My personal opinion is go bold. They will arrive at work, so you'll want the arrangement to turn heads as they make their way to your wife. Nothing better than gladioli in a suitable vase. They are big, tall, make a statement and can't be ignored. A single color or a mix will work.
Reply:The majority of women prefer roses, however this is a very personal choice, dependent upon your wives taste. If you are really unaware of her favorite flower send her two dozen roses one in red and one dozen in various shades. this makes a very beautiful and aromatic bouquet. Yes, definitely send with a vase included. Good for you for being so thoughtful, this is really going to make her day. Congratulations on your special day and many more to follow! God bless you
Reply:To be honest, I'd prefer not to have the case. I think just a really nice big bunch of flowers is good enough and then she can put it in a vase when she gets home. Everyone's different though, so go for what you think she'd like best.

How come pizza delivery boys get tipped and flower delivery boys doesn't?
I mean you pay for you food? and the flowers they send it to you for free. Have you ever noticed this?
How come pizza delivery boys get tipped and flower delivery boys doesn't?
It's because everyone does it...it's expected.
In my opinion
Nobody should be tipped unless they go above and beyond.
If they're extra friendly...
super fast...
Good product....
those are when someone SHOULD be tipped...
Flower guy, pizza guy, whomever.
Funny since it's tough to take my own advice...
and I still tip most times no matter what.
Take my advice! LOL I don't!
Reply:well the flowers are a gift... the food is something you ordered yourself.. .you don't usually think to pay for anything if it's a gift... the giver should pay gratuity beforehand.
Reply:if i call to have something delivered to me, then i will tip... but if someone else sends me something i wasn't expecting, then that's a different story
Reply:because if you order a Pizza, they bring it to you. so you should pay for it. But a Flower delivery person is taking them to someone who did not order them. why should they have to pay for something that they did not even order?
Reply:Yes I've noticed.
Reply:You should tip any person who is delivering you something! I always tip the flower delivery boy (usually more because I'm always excited to get flowers!)
Reply:good point, but people know they have to take money out of their wallet, and then they remember the tip, but since they don't have to take money out with flwers, they dont remember
Reply:Well, if you're sending flowers to someone as a gift, they shouldn't be expected to pay anything. Florists know this. If you order flowers for yourself, I guess you should tip the delivery person...but who does that?
Reply:When you order a pizza you order it. Most of the time flowers are a gift from someone. Maybe the purchaser of the flowers should add the tip so the flowers are delivered with a smile.
How about that ?
Reply:It just doesnt work that way...sorry.

Reply:In most cases, you are paying for the pizza while its being dropped off, but someone else bough you the flowers. We like to tip ppl who bring us food. And I also think that the flower boy makes more money than the pizza boy.
Reply:Any type of delivery person should always be tipped.
Reply:Never tip anyone. :p
