Reply:Years ago I delivered flowers. We had a map with circles at different distances around the shop. We got paid by which circle the delivery address fell into. We did not get paid mileage but could claim it on our income tax. My daughter has to use her car in her job sometimes and gets about 45 cents a mile. In over 3 years of doing the job I got offered one tip. I did not make much money but at the time I did it mainly because it kept me busy and I enjoyed it.
